Blurb- Her desire becomes his pleasure...

Max Westin. Sex incarnate. She could smell it, feel it with his proximity. Everything about him was a little rough, a little gritty. A primitive creature. Just like she was.

He held her hand a little too long, his thickly-lashed gaze clearly stating his intentions to have her. To tame her…

“Victoria.”

Her name, just one word, but spoken with such possession she could almost feel the collar around her neck.

“It’s in your nature,” he murmured. “The desire to be taken.”

In this game of cat and mouse, everything is an illusion but the passion is as real as it gets…

4 Sassy Books!

Review- Insanely intense and sexual.

I never thought the day would would come where I would say that another woman could make me dampen my panties. That day has come. And that day is today. And I just said it! I have been reading so much Sylvia Day lately. I have become addicted and can't seem to put her down, so day after day, Day has continued to get me all hot and bothered with her delectable and erotic words.

Spellbound is an erotic story of love and lust in a world of witches, warlocks and hunters and the taming of a Familiar gone feral- Victoria. The scrumptious, dark haired, stormy eyed Hunter, Max thought he had his work cut out for him when it came to taming the trouble-making Victoria, who has discarded all other Hunters that have crossed her path after having her fun with them. His orders were to tame or kill. Little did he know that taming her would give him the desire to keep her. The intense and emotional connection they have with each other also connects their powers to one another, taking their relationship to a whole other level, mentally and physically connecting them in a way they never thought possible. The feelings they have for one another amplified. Their powers amplified. Powers that don't go unnoticed.

In between their raunchy and very busy sex life and hunting and being hunted there isn't room for much else and that worked fine for me. Spellbound was fast-paced and full of action, both in the bedroom and out, although sometimes I did find it hard to keep track of where I was at with the storyline because of their busy sex life. *I wish I had a high libido like these two!*

All in all, Spellbound is a quick and addictive read that will have your toes curling and insides quaking with need.

Spellbound will be available in all good book retailers on the 3rd of December 2013 or you can pre-order your copy through the following links:

5 Sassy Books!

Review- Sylvia Day never seizes to amaze me with her amazing ability to draw in her readers with an addictive, phenomenal storyline and sexy characters. Don't Tempt Me is no exception.

Set in the mid to late 1700's, Don't Tempt Me is a story of love, lust and deception as we follow Lynette and Simon on their journey to the truth while also dealing with the strong desires they have for each other. Fighting for the truth doesn't come easy for them. They are faced with threats and dangers at every corner which puts everyone they care about in jeopardy, with the culprit being someone so unexpected.

The storyline is full of drama, action and mystery. Mix this with Sylvia's signature smoking hot scenes and she has created the perfect read.

The characters are full of depth and relateable. Being set back in a different time period, Sylvia did so well to keep everything realistic to that period. From clothing and surroundings to language and the way the characters acted.

Don't Tempt Me is one MUST READ!

3 Sassy Books!

Review- Where to start, where to start...

Let's start with what I liked. Lauren Jameson sure knows how to deliver a story that gets a girls panties wet. She is thoroughly descriptive within scenes and their surroundings. The characters and their personalities were clear and realistic and were easy to make connections to.

But I've read it all before.

Hot, rich guy falls for young, ordinary girl with little money. Both with rocky pasts they want to keep secret. He has a secret life as a BDSM master and she has had a quiet sex life. Never really enjoying sex. He has a 'dungeon'. (What came to mind was 'red room of pain'). She sneaks into it to get a better look at it while he's still sleeping. She signs a contract to be his sub. There's a lot of back and forth of "we can't be together", "but I can't stay away". He uses the word "mine" while warning off other men. I mean, let's be honest, we all know where we have read this before.

While I praise Lauren for her writing ability, I can't do the same for her lack of originality.

4 Sassy Books!

Review- Currawong Creek takes us on a journey of self discovery and sacrifice when Clare finds herself in a situation that she never thought she would see herself in. With her career being her main focus for so many years, Clare follows her heart and takes a step back to help little Jack. Little does she realize, she helps herself too.

Jennifer did a great job with the storyline. I found it heart-warming, touching and intense in some places. It was dramatic in all the right places and had a wonderfully written romantic side also. I had a real connection to this story in the fact that Clare feels drawn to her grandfathers property. Even though I have my home with my family, it doesn't really feel like 'home'. I often miss my grandparents farm quite a lot so I really enjoyed having that connection to the book.

The diverse range of characters throughout the book were realistic and full of depth. They almost seemed real to me.

All in all Jennifer delivered a wonderful story that many women will love and I highly recommend that you all get yourselves a copy.
