SHORT & SWEET REVIEW

Can I just say first off that I simply love this cover, major cover love right now. ^_^

I really need to read more fairytale retellings, I just love the classics being redone in different ways makes it so much more intriguing and most now are more for adults.

I love how Sarah J. Pepper has completely made this story her own, she has done such an amazing job.

Right from the first page I was drawn in and swept away to Neverland but not the Neverland we all know and love, a different Neverland, a dark and sinister place, a place where things aren't what they seem.

With Sarah's wonderfully written words, an addictive storyline, fascinating characters, you're in for a ride of a lifetime. If you are a fantasy lover (or even not) I highly recommend picking this book up, it's a quick read but it's one that will leave it's imprint on you.

**Received an ARC in exchange for an honest review**

This is my first taste of Sarah J. Pepper's work and it won't be the last. The storyline was fun and unique, was also well written and everything just flowed well together. I simply loved that it had the spirit from a fairy tale, I'm a sucker when it comes to fairy tales and could read them all the time.

I fell in love with Declan pretty much from the first page, he's a powerful demon who has a raging temper, no one wants to get on his badside (I would've loved to have seen him raging a little more though lol). When this demon falls in love, he REALLY falls hard, the passion that seeped from the pages was so consuming.
Also, I'd recommend reading Declan's story (Priceless) in Fairy Tales Confessions Anthology, it gives a little more background on our main man and helps you understand what's happening.

Now with his love interest, Piper, it took me a little longer to warm up to her. For some reason through the first half of the story she kept getting on my nerves, but she picked up her game for the second half.

Demons, witches and a love that can change even the most wicked of fiends, what more could you want?!

I recommend picking up a copy and swooning till the very end, you'll be left wanting more.
